Mr. Ten Haagen, a Registered Investment Advisor, Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Retirement Planning Consultant (RPC) was with a major brokerage house for 16 years in the capacity of an account executive, coordinator of various product areas such as Mutual Funds, Trusts, Qualified Plans, Professional Money Management Distributed Assets Division and as Branch Manager of two offices here on Long Island.  In January of 1993, Mr. Ten Haagen formed Ten Haagen Financial Group, an Independent Complete Financial Services Company.

In 1982, Mr. Ten Haagen received his Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation and has served the Financial Planning Association (FPA)-Long Island chapter in various capacities including President and Chairman of the Board.  The FPA-Long Island is the sixth largest financial planning organization in the world.  Mr. Ten Haagen is currently a member of the past President’s Advisory Council.
