Lawrence Kushnick is the founder of  Kushnick & Associates, P.C., a  law firm dedicated to the practice of construction, commercial and real estate litigation and arbitration.  The firm represents owners, contractors, design professionals, architects, engineers, surveyors, construction managers, insurance carriers, municipalities, manufacturers, installers, and suppliers, in all aspects of construction disputes and claims and functions as local counsel for numerous out-of-state firms.

Mr. Kushnick  is a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the Nassau County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Long Island Builders Institute, The National Association of the Remodeling Industry, American Institute of Architects, General Building Contractors of New York State, and Associated General Contractors.  He is a frequent lecturer to the construction industry and legal professionals and prior adjunct faculty member of Long Island University C.W. Post University.

Mr. Kushnick was  selected as an honoree by the Long Island Business News “40 Under 40 Award” as one of the 40 most influential people under the age of 40 in the Long Island Business Community. Kushnick & Associates, P.C. has also received the coveted Business of the Year Award from the Huntington Township Chamber of Commerce.
