Memorial Day, one of America's most solemn holidays is a day of remembrance. Freedom like we know in America has always come at a profound cost, namely the lives our best and brightest young men and women.

It is important to all of us that we remember and celebrate these days that our Nation has set aside, as days where work stops and we can reflect. America is still the great bastion of freedom in an ever turbulent world. The rituals of our nation, and Memorial Day is one of them, help us all to remember and appreciate what we have. Hopefully, days like Memorial Day will help us to remember to fight to preserve our freedoms. America's solemn days are good for all of us.
