It might be a long way from Huntington to Honolulu but the tropical fun and festivities will be hard to match as the Huntington Township Chamber of Commerce hosts its “Luau at Sunset” on Thursday, July 10 from 6:00-10:00 pm at Crab Meadow Beach on Waterside Avenue in Northport.  This unique event will feature live tropical music by the reggae band Jayobe, great food, exciting raffle prizes and an opportunity for Huntington’s business leaders, residents and community members to walk barefoot on our own tropical beach in Huntington while networking with colleagues, elected officials and new friends.  Supporting sponsors include Outback Steakhouse, JVKelly Group, Inc. and Samuel Adams.

“Our Luau at Sunset is a wonderful opportunity for the Chamber to provide a quality evening for members so they can conduct business and at the same time have an enjoyable party at one of our beautiful local beaches,” said Jim Kelly, Huntington Township Chamber Chairman.  “In addition to reaching out to our individual members, we’re also inviting our corporate members to entertain clients and host their annual summer parties at the luau for a very affordable fee,” added Kelly.
