Mr. Kuperschmid concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate and securities law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial lending and high-tech transactions.A member of the Nassau County Bar Association, Mr. Kuperschmid is a member and former Chairman of the Corporate Law Committee and is a member of the Securities Law Committee and Computer Law Committee. Mr. Kuperschmid has served on the Board of Directors of several closely-held businesses, and is also on the board of the Marty Lyons Foundation. He speaks frequently on topics related to corporate and securities matters and is a graduate of New York University and Fordham University’s School of Law.
