Kuperschmid (West Hills,NY), a partner in the Corporate and Securities Law Department at Certilman Balin Adler & Hyman, LLP, has been appointed to the board of the Institute of Management Accountants. Mr. Kuperschmid concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate and securities law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial lending and high-tech transactions.

A member of the Nassau County Bar Association, Mr. Kuperschmid is a member and former Chairman of the Corporate Law Committee and is a member of the Securities Law Committee and Computer Law Committee. Mr. Kuperschmid has served on the Board of Directors of several closely-held businesses, and is also on the board of the Marty Lyons Foundation. He speaks frequently on topics related to corporate and securities matters and is a graduate of New York University and Fordham University’s School of Law.
