This committee provides programs that engage and educate professionals, entrepreneurs, and all those in the workforce from all fields. Throughout the course of the year, this committee offers a venue to address trends, changes, and relevant issues throughout the LI business community.

The goal of this Committee is to:​

• Provide educational panel events that speak of relevant topics to keep business owners current

• Organize resource-based gatherings to benefit the membership as a whole.
