Kiera McCourt Davis is a seasoned banking and project management professional with over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. She currently works as a Project Manager at Dime Community Bank, leading cross-functional initiatives that drive process improvement, operational efficiency, and customer-centric solutions.

 

A proud lifelong Huntington resident, Kiera remains deeply connected to its people and progress as she raises her children here. She has been a member of the Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors since 2023, following her term as Chair of the Chamber’s Young Professionals Committee from 2020 to 2023, where she worked to support networking and leadership development among emerging professionals.

 

Since 2015, Kiera has been an officer of the Ladies Ancient Order of Hibernians Division 4 in Huntington, serving as a past President and currently sits on the Finance Committee. She also serves as Chair of the Selection Committee for the Patrick Thomas McCourt Memorial Scholarship, established in memory of her brother, who passed away in 2011. Through this work, she helps support Huntington High School students in pursuit of higher education.
